About Jason

Jason’s career began after graduating with distinction from Tarleton State University (2002). He quickly rose in the corporate world, becoming a district manager for Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores, where he oversaw 11 locations across East Texas and Louisiana. In 2005, he took the leap into business ownership, running the Sears Hometown Store in Cleburne for nearly a decade before returning to executive leadership as a Divisional Vice President overseeing 11 Sears Outlet locations across Texas.

In 2017, Jason brought his leadership and business acumen into real estate, joining Potts Realty Group as a lead agent and broker associate with Fathom Realty. Over the past seven years, he has consistently ranked as a top producer while building lasting client relationships founded on trust, service, and integrity.
