Heather, a valuable member of our team for over two years, plays an indispensable role in harmonizing our operations. Her responsibilities encompass the meticulous assembly of buyer files for our agent team. Heather also orchestrates the professional photography services for our seller clients, managing every facet of the listing process, from installing signs and lockboxes on properties to collaborating closely with agents to input listings into the MLS system. Furthermore, once a property is under contract, Heather takes the initiative to maintain regular communication with our esteemed business partners, including lenders and title companies. Her diligence ensures that every aspect is on track for a timely and issue-free closing process.
